We want you to love what you get from Leave Only Love®. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Shirts and car decals
You can return shirts and car decals within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email contact@leaveonlylove.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions on where to send it.
Return shipping
- If you’re returning an item for any reason other than our mistake, you pay return shipping.
- If the mistake is ours (we sent the wrong item, or the item is defective or damaged), Leave Only Love® pays return shipping. Please email us and include a photo of the problem if you can.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm and issue your refund to your original payment method. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or payment provider.
Seminars
Seminar payments ($125 3-hour seminar and $250 One Day Seminar) are non-refundable.
Pay It Forward donations
Pay It Forward donations fund a seminar seat for someone else. Donations are non-refundable.
Please note: Leave Only Love, LLC is not a 501(c)(3) charity, so payments to Leave Only Love, LLC, including Pay It Forward donations, are not tax-deductible.
