The clocks fall back today, and that gives every one of us something rare: one extra hour. Time is the one thing none of us can make more of, and that’s exactly why giving it away means so much. A slow phone call, a shared cup of coffee, or an hour spent helping someone out can leave a wake that lasts far longer than sixty minutes.
Today’s action: Give part of your extra hour to someone else, whether that’s a call, a visit, or a helping hand.
